About us

Latvijas Maiznieks, established in 1968, is the leading bread producer in Latvia.  In 2020, we opened a 1,987 m² frozen production warehouse with a capacity for 4,000 pallets, ensuring our products maintain their quality. This facility houses frozen bread and confectionery products from Latvijas Maiznieks. From 2024, our beloved Maiziņš portion buns are produced using clean, green energy from our new solar park. Committed to sustainability, this is one of many steps we are taking towards renewable energy.  Latvijas Maiznieks has got certifications, including the prestigious BRC AA+ rating for top food safety and quality standards. The most known brands are Maiziņš, Latvijas Zeltene, Latvijas Graudu, Latvijā cepts!, Īstenā, Latvijas Tostmaize, IZCEP PATS, Kūko, Rulē. 

Main export markets are Lithaunia, Estonia, Poland, Germany, England, Finland, Sweden, Norway, America, Israel and Ireland.
