7 grain Latvian Tost Bread
Eggs
Avocado
Salt, pepper
Sesame and mustard seeds
Red pepper powder
Greens

Preparation

Lightly fry the eggs in a pan. In a bowl with a fork squeeze the avocado, add salt, pepper and other spices of your choice. Toast slices of toast, add avocado paste and egg on top. Decorate with a pinch of spices and greens.
